There are no full refunds once a booking has been confirmed. 

In case of cancellations done up to 6 days before the booking for semi-private experiences and 16 days before the booking for private classes, 50% of the reservation cost will be refunded. 

There will be no refund for semi-private reservations cancelled within 5 days before the cooking date and private bookings cancelled within 15 days before the class. 

Modifications on dates of confirmed bookings will be considered under availability. Requests for a change made up to 3 days before the cooking class will incur in a 50% charge of the total booking. 

Petra Kouzina may either exchange or refund a reservation in case an experience is postponed or cancelled.
