Clandestine Dinners by Petra Kouzina are intimate evenings hosted on a hidden terrace within our home in Santorini. Limited to a small number of guests, each dinner is a slow, shared experience built around seasonal food, exclusive Greek wines, and the feeling of being welcomed into someone’s private table rather than visiting a restaurant.

Seasonal ingredients sourced from the island, recipes shaped by memory and place, and a table that feels less like a restaurant and more like being welcomed into someone’s home.
A menú created once, just for you...
The evening unfolds slowly over 2 to 3 hours. Guests are welcomed into a private area of Petra Kouzina, begin with seasonal meze and carefully selected drinks, and share a multi-course menu created exclusively for the night and paired with incredible Greek wines, dining communally and guided by conversation rather than structure.

The Table
For Clandestine Dinners, Chef George brings those conversations to the table.

of Greek cuisine, local products, and the dishes he loves
to recommend —cooked and shared with intention.

The dishes are guided by seasonality, availability, and the mood of the evening.
